How we Help: the School of Self Esteem helps users build their self esteem:[fusion_text]

  • by providing self-esteem courses which translate pre-eminent scientists research and findings into plain, simple English;

How much work will I have to do?

The projected hours of participation required for each course is included on the course description page. Whilst it may be stating the obvious, the amount of time you put into a course will determine what you get out of it. And obviously with a subject matter such as your own self esteem, you are definitely worth the effort.

Can I take more than one course at a time?

Yes, you can, but we don’t recommend it! You may take multiple SOS courses but we recommend giving each and every course your attention before moving on to another one. This is simply because concentrating on one course will likely yield you much greater benefit because it will receive the focus of your undivided attention. Furthermore, some course, such as the Introduction to Self Esteem, provide you with a useful base for other courses.
